Its absolutely no meaning to make a comaparison chart! Its only the two latest versions that are supported anyway - so yo have no reason to comapare them...
Realy read the changelogs and you see why!

Re: Website of 180 pages- any problems foreseen?
We have users on CMSMS that have some thousand of pages running.
Currently the limiter for many pages are for the expand and collapse of the page tree on the listcontent in admin.

Re: Slow Page Loads In Backend and On Live Site
@Jeremy Gasowski Answer in summarium: set memory_limit: 64M since 18M is to low for CMSMS and most other CMS'es. and also consider to set upload_max_filesize: 10M for future trouble safe uploads / upgrades. And upgrade to latest core(1.8.2) since some issues is fixed there... -topic locked-

Re: Error after upgrade to 1.8.2
if you can acces admin - run the System verification test.
If not - try uploading all files again and be sure to overwrite all.

Re: CMSMS 1.81 - Wamp2.0i // E_DEPRECATED - Error message
or if you add
error_reporting = E_ALL & ~E_DEPRECATED
to the active php.ini ()wamp have many of them - one for each php version)
it should be working after a service restart.

I think an export function or something are worked on...
But don't know when this can be ready since all devs on this modules is swamped in work lately
(I won't / can't upgrade FB/FBr myself on some sites because of this)

NCleanGrey is both front and back theme...
All themes in admin/themes are for admin area only.

Re: Migrating to CMSMS
I guess its some manual job to migrate... But you can probably use a tool to create the page hierarchy for CMS Made Simple to make the page hierarchy so similar to your current as you can.
After that its probably some hours worth of copy-paste.
