You can build your templates in Dreamweaver, notepad, or whatever you like. There is no html file, the actual page is generated dynamically. Read the documentation fully first, then read the other posts in these forums (especially the sticky ones), and THEN, when you're stuck on something specific, ...

Love the use of colour, very pretty!
Could do with some sort of reference telling you which page you're on. Either the link hover state being sticky, or a page title. Other than that I like it a lot.

Agreed, there are plenty of developers for hire. Just because something is open source, it doesn't mean nobody can profit off the venture.
So on that note, I'd also consider contributing financially for this functionality.

Different rights for different users is no problem, you can create groups for editors and designers, each with various permissions. The admin interface will only show the options that user has access to. For the global content blocks, you want to use.. well.. global content blocks. As for the approv...
