Site new.fellowshipbibleannarbor.org CMS 1.9.1, just upgraded from 1.4.1. PHP 5.2.13, was 4.3.9 before upgrade Apache 2.2.15 on Linux 2.6.18 On Chrome 7.0.517.44 my centered horizontal menu works well. Also works OK on Firefox 3.6.12.
