Map Module

Hi all, Im not a developer, so I wondered how and if it was possible to get this module: http://dev.cmsmadesimple.org/projects/map working with CMSMS 1.10.x series? It's perfect for my needs - plotting points on top of a custom image. Anybody able to have a go? (Send me a quote?) Hopefully the dev w...

Select and add multiple images

Hi all, I have been trying to find a way of selecting and adding multiple images to an image slider on the admin content page. For example, a jQuery slider that auto paginates. I know GBfilepicker allows you to upload/select a single image, but it doesn't appear to give the option to select/upload a...

Include a gallery / more images in CGBlog?

Hi, How would I go about including a Gallery or even just an option for a client to add more images to a CGBlog entry? I currently have 5 field definitions set up to show thumbnails, but they have asked if they are able to add more as and when they need them. does anyone have a suggestion/solution o...

Re: Previous and next article in news details page

Hi all, I know this was asked a couple of times previously, but i didn't see an obvious answer... Is it possible to amends the code above for CGBlog to allow the Prev/Next to stick to the current category? This code is awesome, if I can just work it out it for the current category, it would be even ...

Re: Export Front End Users (with their passwords) ?

Thanks Jos, So just to double check this: The conclusion here is that if you use CMSMS to build a website that allows users to Self-Register, there is absolutely no possible way to move your website from that original database/server without having to send out a generic password to everybody for the...

Re: Export Front End Users (with their passwords) ?

Hi calguy, Thanks for the info. Just been doing some research on the md5 salted string stuff. I think I'm out of my depth though. Found this page: http://www.pixel2life.com/publish/tutorials/118/understanding_md5_password_encryption/ but am not completely sure what it's saying. :-) Well I think my o...

Re: Export Front End Users (with their passwords) ?

Hi coldman, Yes I'm using phpMyAdmin to export and import the tables in the database. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong. As Jos mentions above it shouldn't be difficult, but it's just isn't allowing user generated passwords to be ported. I noticed in the feu module folder files called _c.dat and _d....

Re: Export Front End Users (with their passwords) ?

Hi, So I still can't get this to work. I have no idea why... I have exported all of the FEU tables to a new installation of CMSMS and all of the users show up in the admin area, including the user fields but their passwords do not work when i go to log in. Is their an easy way of doing this? Perhaps...

Style info window on CGGooglemaps?

Hi all,

Is it possible to style the infowindows in CGgooglemaps? If so, where would the code go/be changed?

For example, I'd love to have the info window with square corners and a green background for my website. It's be good to do this with CSS.

Many thanks,

Karl.

Re: Export Front End Users (with their passwords) ?

Hi Jos, Thank you for your response. I managed to export all the FEU tables in Website 1 and import them into Website 2. Now all my users appear to be in FEU. Success! I apologise for my naivety with MySQL, but we all do things we haven't done before, and sometimes we do ask slightly obvious questio...

Export Front End Users (with their passwords) ?

Hi all, CMSMS 1.9.4.1: I have a list of about 100 users signed up via Self reg on "Website 1". These people have all signed up with their details including a password. Now I want to export all of their data including their chosen password to another installation "Website 2" on a another server. How ...

Nice work! I'll upgrade later today. I don't have a lot of dosh, but I'm making a donation to the cmsms core fund, but do guys have one supporting the development of this module too? Many thanks guys, this is really appreciated. Ps - I successfully duplicated tand renamed he module using your instru...
