Re: Existing site - can't login

Thanks Alby, but I don't have access to the database on the server.

I think it's going to be easier to reinstall this one.

Existing site - can't login

Hi, Hope someone can help. I installed CMS for a client earlier this year (Version 1.2.3 – Black rock). I set up a template, gave them some login details and left them to get on with adding some content. They've been too busy to do anything until now and when they go to login they can't. I've tried ...

Replying to my own post...

In case it's any help to anyone else there don't seem to be any issues with installing onto a Yahoo Small Business account.

Installing on Yahoo hosting package

Hi, I've been asked to look at a website for a client. They'd like a CMS and I've used CMSms successfully before so I'm going to recommend it again. However, their site is hosted with Yahoo. I've no experience of Yahoo hosting and I don't know what features/control panel they provide. Has anyone ins...

Same page at different places in a menu

Hi, Is there a way to have the same page appear at two (or more) places in the menu ? For example, Category One -- Page 1 -- Page 2 -- Page 3 Category Two -- Page 4 -- Page 5 Category Three -- Page 2 -- Page 6 -- Page 7 Page 2 fits into both categories and I'd like to have it appear at both places i...

Re: news module

Greg,

Did you solve your problem ?

I had the same thing. I fxed mine by not using a page of type news but using a normal content page and inserting the tag {cms_module module="news"}.

Location of image files

Hi, I've been playing about with CMSms on my local machine and all seems to work fine. Now I've installed on the webspace provided by my ISP. The problem I have is that they don't allow image files to be located with the cgi-bin directory. So the interface works but doesn't display the icons or styl...
