Problem is already solved. A simple clearing of the cache solved it.

I made a website sometime ago with CMSMS 1.9.4.1 and all went fine over the years. But now suddenly all the pages have gone. I can still login to the back-end. All other content, like content blocks and images are still there. My templates are also there and I also can find the pages in the database...
