I Quit after a two days on this, at the end this is my form template (or what is left of it) {$fb_form_start} {$fb_hidden} {$name->display = 0} {$name->input} {$mailto->input} {$fb_form_end} {$submit} and..... doesn't work. still have the two fields in the form.

I have tried a couple of combinations with no luck.

i try the same thing but i cannot set the vale "display=0"
i get
