Integrate CMSMS into SMF template.
I am currently using CMSMS 1.4.0 and SMF 1.1.5 and I would like to integrate the CMSMS header, menu and footer into the SMF theme to make it look the same as the rest of the site. I've noticed you guys somehow did it here but so I was rather hoping you could give me a quick guide or point me to a go...
