Add php to global content block?
Hello, I was hoping to use the Image Block from Gallery2 in my sidebar. I have this code: <?php @readfile('http://mywebsitehere.com/gallery2/main.php?g2_view=imageblock.External&g2_blocks=randomImage&g2_show=title'); ?> and was hoping to pop it into a Global Content Block and just drop it i...

Re: small calendar bug workaround: text "upcoming events" is shown in the pastli
Hi... I'm wondering if I missed something because I tried this and I'm till getting "Upcoming Events" for the title instead of "Past Events"
What part of the code calls it to display "Past Events".. . I can't seem to figure this out..
sorry to be so obtuse.

Is this a good book?

Beginning CSS Web Development: From Novice to Professional (Paperback) http://www.amazon.com/Beginning-CSS-Web-Development-Professional/dp/1590596897/ref=si3_rdr_bb_product I'm thinking of picking it up and I was wondering if a...

Re: Styling the Menu in Menu Manager
So, it doesn't need it's own stylesheet? I should have said that I'm using the Grass Stains theme... so I have a stylesheet for the header menu, the footer menu and the main template. So, I guess I have to look closer at: The template in the menu manager. Added in "sidebar_nav" to the c...

[solved] Styling the Menu in Menu Manager
This is probably right under my nose.... and I feel really stupid for asking this question. I'm running 1.1 and am trying to add a second menu in the sidebar. I have this much: I created a new Database template from the file templates and named it Test I put the menu where I wanted it like this {...

I love this software!
CMSMS rocks... This is my latest site.. it's going to a place for people who, like me, used to think getting a web page was difficult... to explain what hosting is (hmm...is that an affiliate link in there?).. define domain names and of course sell installation of software (like CMSMS!) This is a t...

Re: Kiss My Mutt!
Good catch..
The main page menu is created automatically by CMSMS.. the one of the forum needs to be handcoded in since I copied the CSS from the theme on CMSMS and pasted it into the CSS for the SMF theme.
I just hadn't gotten around to doing that part yet.

Re: Kiss My Mutt!
Good point about the paws.. too funny! Most of my visitors are going to be the general public who won't care what changes on the site so much but more about News.... I'll ponder that text, though. The Calendar is actually the SMF calendar.. you'll notice when you click it that you end up at forums....

Kiss My Mutt!
Please review my site.. let me know what you think
I'm running CMS 1.2 (I think.. I"m pretty sure.. but the admin screen says 1.1)
I did a SMF theme to match...
I'd welcome any constructive critique.

Re: SMF and this forum
I know this is an old post, but is this still accurate? can I get a little direction on how to make this happen on my site? I'm wondering what would be the easiest way..
Thanks!
Thanks!

Is there a module that will do this?
I'm working on a site for a friend. She's a dog trainer and she's hoping to have some sort of database for people to log in and check their progress. For example: Say I take her Level 1 class with my dog Spot. When I go to register for Level 2 I can log in and see when I completed Level 1 and if...
