Finally found the solution (as simple as it is).

I've removed the picasa webmodule folder by hand (ftp) and the adminpanel showed up normal again.

Dear all, After trying to install the picasamodule by uploading the xml-file, the page went blank. After refreshing the admin panel was only in html. Also the link to the module manager is gone. Can someone help me? I'm running version 1.1.1. The website itself is ok, and the loginscreen is also ok....

And what are the consequences of 'other people uploading files'? And what does it mean exactly?
