OKay... So if the only new temples we receive in upgrades are admin templates, then as I asked, how best to get teh new site templates?? Are they available for download? If not, then that's a suggestion!:) Is the way I installed the sample data on a test site and then export the template the only me...

Just need to ask this question to get some clarity and a clean way of getting new templates that come out with new versions. So I upgraded a site from version 1.10.3 -> 1.11.3.
