have you linked the stylesheet to the template AND inserted the {cms_stylesheet name="FormBuilder Default Style"} into the head of your website/template?

I managed to fix this issue (I had not linked the Form Builder CSS to my template) I am however getting a different problem. As some of the fields are 'Required', if the user does not fill them out it reloads the contact page and asks them to fill out the required fields. However, it does not load t...
