I'm using the news module to display jobs so I can time their start and end. I want to insert a message in my summary template if there are no articles (jobs in this case) that are active/shown. Timing content - setting end dates
I'm posting job listings on one of my pages -- and they each have "end" dates. I'd like to enter each job with an end date so the CMS pulls it off on that date. How would I do that?

Thanks Ronny, but I'm calling search, not News. Does the resultpage variable work with search also? Can you give me an example of syntax? Thanks for your help!

A follow-up... I've gotten the template set up properly, but I now I'm starting to play with the detail template. If I want the news items to all click to a news page that shows all news items, do what do I need to put in the detail template?

Hmm... I did this and reloaded the page with the PHP code in the template, and I'm still not seeing the code that the PHP renders appear. Do I need to do something else to get it to appear?
