I didn't intentionally downgrade. I just uninstalled the search module and then reinstalled the search module. (using the version offered by the module manager) sorry If I gave the impression that I downgraded.

Re: Admin session timing out after 10-15 seconds
Thanks again for the ideas! Here is what happened: I replaced all the files in /admin /lib and /modules unfortunately, that didn't have any positive effects. Its still happening One thing I noticed, there is some strangeness going on with the URL/Domain: if I am at http://www.thedomain.com and I ...

Re: Admin session timing out after 10-15 seconds
no, no other installations there. This site is for a friend's daughter, and unfortunately, she already had hosting set up at network solutions.
Is there anything beyond the session_save_path that might be host related that could be causing the problem?
Thanks
John

Re: Admin session timing out after 10-15 seconds
Same admin session expires within 10 seconds in three different browsers In Firefox 3.0.5: Set to keep cookies until they expire There are no exceptions established In IE 7.0, it seems that cookies are kept until they expire (at least there do not appear to be any controls to modify cookie keeping) ...

Admin session timing out after 10-15 seconds
This is maddening... I can spend about 10 to 15 seconds in the admin interface before I get asked to relogin, and all my changes are lost. If I login, and quickly change just one field and submit the change, it saves, it, Then I have to login again.. this is how I have had to configure everything.....

Question about a hacked site
I built a site for a client a while back. after that, you guys released a new version. At that time I tried to login to their site to upgrade it, but I couldn't login. I guessed they changed their password or I had the wrong one or something.. So I sent them an email letting them know they needed to...

Album Module Misbehaving
Hi All, I am having a problem with the album module. I hope someone here may have an idea about a resolution. If you click on one of the images in a gallery on the page, you will "usually" get two images on the screen, overlapping, and it appears broken. Here is the page where its happenin...

Re: I cannot install File Backup module
Does not directly address your immediate problem, but I couldn't install it either. My work around was to go into phpmyadmin and export the database for the CMSMS website as a SQL statement. It worked pretty good, it saved everything I needed. I moved 10 or 12 CMSMS sites from one server to another ...

stripping multiple
Hi Guys, Anyone run across this? I am trying to create a select statement that allows multiple selections: Friday Night Saturday Night Sunday Night When I save the page, the multiple parameter gets stripped out. I've tried moving the parameter around in the tag, but that made no difference. This is ...

Re: Announcing CMS Made Simple 1.2 Beta 3
I've only found a few minor issues with beta3 that honestly might not even be problems. 1. Before running the upgrade the site fires a "string(76)"Smarty error: unable to read resource:"module_db_tpl:Printing;linktemplate"". In other words, if you upload the files and do no...
