Is it possible to use Form Builder to create a form then save the results to a database table of your choice?

I've created a database table with 4 fields, then used Formbuilder so when I submit the form the results get saved in this table?

I have a looked at this.

I basically need the to display the entire year on one page. This way prospective customers can see without scrolling through individual months.

I was thinking of creating a bespoke manual with screenshots taken from their site rather than generic ones. Also, they are only interested updating pages so they won't really need to know the inner workings of the system.

That's the problem, he wants to know the cost up front. It'll probably take me about 10 hours as he's also looking for a basic user manual.

Would £200 be a realistic figure?
