Re: Remove Titles in Gallery Module
Thanks all. For the sake of other newbies like myself, I found the line to remove, which is: title="{$image->title}" alt="{if empty($image->comment)}{$image->titlename}{else}{$image->comment}{/if}" I did it by trial and error in the end, so that's a good lesson learnt.

Re: Remove Titles in Gallery Module
Thanks both of you, but I'm afraid I still don't understand anything in there that tells me which lines to remove. I thought the FAQ "How to remove the text X images in the template" might be the one, but that just explains how to remove the number count, which I'd already worked out. I'm ...

Hi there, could you tell me in very simple English how to remove the image titles from the images in the Gallery module? I have tried removing various elements with include the word 'title', with various interesting results, but none of which doing what I wanted. I'd like no title, no comment, and i...

Re: MicroTiny table guides not displaying
I could of course use TinyMCE as the editor, as this does display the cell borders, but I don't seem to be able to increase the size of the editing window in this, whereas I can in MicroTiny. If anyone can tell me how to enlarge the window it would solve my immediate issue.
Thanks

[SOLVED] MicroTiny table guides not displaying
Hi, I have 2 sites in both of which I'm wanting to put a table into the MicroTiny editor, to help with formatting. I don't want the table borders to display on the site, but just as dotted lines in the editor. In one site I can see the guides, but in the other I can't. As far as I can see they both ...

Re: [SOLVED] Mac Emulation
That's good to know thanks. I used to have all sorts of Mac issues when I used Dreamweaver, but since discovering CMSMS they do all seem to be ironed out.
I managed to blag 2 mins on an iPad this morning, and as you suggested, all looked fine.

Re: Mac Emulation
Oh brilliant, thanks. I do check on Safari already, but didn't realise that it reflects the Mac version well enough.
That's encouraging!

[SOLVED] Mac Emulation
Hiya,
Does anyone know a free, simple-to-use site where I can test out how my CMSMS site will look on a Mac?
(I ususally beg borrow or steal time on friends' machines, but they are all away at the moment, so I'm stuck!)
Thanks

Re: Editors uploading images.
Ah, having said that, I now have an error message in the Image Manager page:
"A file permissions error has occurred. Please check the permissions on the script and the directory it is in and try again."
So I'm not quite there yet?

Re: Editors uploading images.
Perfect!
I did have Allow Images, but had not ticked Modify Files. Now the Editor does have access to Image Manager.
Thanks so much.

[SOLVED] Editors uploading images.
Hi there, I'm just compiling instructions for my first client, who I have set up as an Editor, as all she wants to do is to add and edit text, and possibly add photos. However, I've just discovered that in Editor mode 'Image Manager' doesn't seem to be available. Can you tell me please the easiest w...
