make a group that only has the "manage frontend users" permission? That permission, by itself, seems only to get the junior admin account to see an otherwise empty FEU management form. When adding other permissions such as Add/Edit/Delete users, the junior admin is able to manipulate both...

I apologize for not being sufficiently clear. The problem was noticed when a new user registered for the web site and the site admin, who happened to know the registrant personally, observed a simple spelling error in the registrant's name. So he corrected it and hit the "Submit" button. H...
