But I can't see how to download from the CMS screen. Filemanager only allows me to upload and we can't access the ftp.

I have just been handed the CMS login and duties of a community organisation and have been asked to download and backup the CMS files so that some of them can be altered using other programs (and by other people) in the future. Is this possible? I don't have much experience with CMS other than alter...
