What page do I modify to change the initial login page so I can add a javascript to remember me (or not).

Is there a way to have the admin login "remember me"?
I've looked around and haven't found anything for this. Would I have to add it to the admin login screen?

Hi, I just installed CMSMS and installed a XML theme. Now it looks like all the CSS files have been deactivated for all themes. I only get the raw text and the odd text styles. I imported the theme via Layout->Templates, made it active,, set all pages, and now all themes are broken. I did this on tw...
