A cache clear seemed to solve it for me and the module upgraded successfully.The CMSMS core must be upgraded before this operation can succeed

Had a similar issue where I upgraded from 2.0.1.1 to 2.1, then tried to upgrade CGExtensions from 1.49.11 to 1.50 and got the red message:

Formbuilder - any way to copy the submitter?
Hi All, I'm using CMSMS v1.0.3 & Formbuilder v0.2.1 and have created a form that is separated into 5 pages and emails the results to a 'destination' email address. This all works fine. I would like the submitter of the form to get a copy of it by some method. Does someone have any ideas on how t...
