[SOLVED] Problems with CMSMS in an htaccess protected directory
Rolf, I had not used the mod_rewrite, though I did try it yesterday to see turning it on would have any affect. It didn't, but I think the problem is solved. A BlueHost tech noticed that the "$config['root_url']" line in the config.php had an IP address followed by the account name and the...

Re: Problems with CMSMS in an htaccess protected directory
Thanks for the reply. I did consider the server path being an issue, but it seems to check out fine. I've erased the htaccess file and started from scratch many times. The static pages are fine, but the dynamic ones (CMSMS) are not.

[SOLVED] Problems with CMSMS in an htaccess protected directory
Hi everyone, I have been using CMSMS in an htaccess protected directory for a few years now without incident. However, since a few months ago, the dialogue box asking for the username and password will continuously pop up, even after entering the correct log-in info. The site is hosted by BlueHost, ...

Re: Play : a new module to play video and audio files
Hi dam Is there a way to display a frame of the movie with a play overlay before the video starts playing?, kinda like in youtube? ;D autoload=1 ;D This is the answer I had been searching for. I am guessing that the autoload parameter is an on/off (1/0) function. Is this correct? I would love to sh...

[solved]Lightbox photos running off the screen, rather than resizing:use Lytebox
Hi All, After corresponding with ElijahLefgren regarding the issue, I've concluded that Lightbox is unable to resize images. However, I discovered another option which is much more versatile and the "next-generation" of lightbox, called Lytebox. Perhaps some of you have already dabbled in ...

[SOLVED]Lightbox photos running off the screen, rather than resizing:UseLytebox
Hi all, I've been working with the Lightbox template on the Album module and recently learned that it is not resizing my large photos to fit the screen, but instead forcing me to scroll down to view it. The greybox template does this as well. The default template does properly squeeze the photo to f...

Re: TinyMCE installed but not showing
I'm using IE7 and installed CMSMS 1.1, having the same issue of TinyMCE not being activated (visable) when editing a page. I found that I had to go to Extensions --> TinyMCE and then check the box: "Show checkbox to turn wysiwyg on/off." Now, whenever I edit a page, I first see the source ...

Re: Album module question: where are my hovering arrows with Lightbox?
Hi Mark, Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately, that didn't do it for me. I verified that the graphic files were in place, according to (Album) stylesheet.css. Since you're reply, I double-checked the location and also tried changing the permissions, but with no change in outcome. I then realized that...

Album module question: where are my hovering arrows with Lightbox? [solved]
Hi All, Kudos to all of the developers of CMSMS. I'm becoming more comfortable with it and hope to port over my old HTML-driven sites soon. I have no trouble installing the Album module or changing the template to Lightbox. I love the arrows that appear when hovering over the left or right side of a...

Re: Error uploading image to Photo Album
Hi,
I had the same problem. my /uploads/Images folder was set for 775 and so I changed it to 777, and it worked. I hope this works for you. I hope that it doesn't create a security risk; I'm just trying to following directions on what the permission settings should be.
