Yeah I realized that when I hover over the links on the plain HTML page, it was pointing to Localhost and that was not going to work.
I did what you said Vinyl and all good now.

CMS website only showing text from another computer on LAN
Hi, I have just successfully installed CMS on my local Windows 7 computer and I can work with it fine. Now when I try to open it from another computer on my LAN with URL "http://IPofmycomputer/cms", it will bring up the page but only plain HTML, no themes or colours. What am I doing wrong?...
