Okay, I guess i did remove all the data, all I needed to was clear the server cache.

Yes, I deleted pageblocks from that table and the menu item is still there.

Okay, I have tried uninstalling page blocks module and it doesn't seem to work. So I removed the page blocks module folder and all references regarding pagblocks in mysql. I still have the "Page Blocks" showing up in the admin console menu, where you mouse over content. Where in the db do ...
