There is a MYSQL type field limit.
Table content_props have a content field:
TEXT type (64K character limit)

Try to change to MEDIUMTEXT type

I have forgotten how to get sef urls with cms made simple. I mean url like www.site.com/services instead of www.site.com/index.php?site=services

Slow...I mean if you're eg. in the frontpage and you click "Contact" you'll have wait for 2-4 seconds before the site is ready to use. And the problem isn't in server or connect rate. I didn't find other topics about this subject but I think many users and developers know this problem. So....
