Re: auto sign in to my intranet cms site with win username

I used LDAP in a custom site before (not CMSMS) and it was really quite easy. There are some very good libraries available which just give you a username and that's all you really need to know to integrate it.

Don't have the time to help you with a CMSMS module though sorry.

Apidoc out of date?

I normally exclusivly use the auto generated api documentation when developing modules for CMSMS. (http://cmsmadesimple.org/apidoc/) I just noticed that the generated date on the api doc pages is 1st Dec 2006 Is there an updated API doc somewhere, or has it simply not been updated in a while? I assu...

Re: FEU CSV Export - 4 problems and 3 fixes

Thanks heaps for reporting your findings apri - seems this is still broken in the current version of FEU

the $num = 200; fix let me export my list of about 600 users in about a minute - where normally it would take 30 minutes and time out :(

Re: Using cmsMadeSiple as a CMS for Flash - ideas

I have seen this done very well before, but not with CMS Made Simple. I have seen it done with Symphony CMS. http://21degrees.com.au/products/symphony/ Symphony is built on php, and inputs and outputs XML data as its default. You can use XSLT (on the server side) to then convert it into HTML, OR, yo...

Re: [help] Maximum execution time exceeded in Smarty_Compiler.class.php

Well it seems there must have been an incompatibility or bug with the PHP 5.2.0 release. We have upgraded the server to 5.2.6 and everything is back to normal. This was a pretty nasty bug as it was brining down the whole server because of the massive cpu load.

[solved] Maximum execution time exceeded in Smarty_Compiler.class.php

I am having trouble using CMS Made Simple on our entire server. We have used it for a number of sites that have been fine, but there is one site that is not working all of a sudden. I keep getting the following error when trying to view content pages (admin pages are fine btw): Fatal error: Maximum ...

Re: WYMeditor: web-based XHTML editor

Ahh right - I forgot about that minimum version string. I'll update it tomorrow (in about 12 hours) and I'll even test it for you :)

I actually completly forgot about this WYSIWYG editor- I need to use it more as TinyMCE is giving me the shits.

Get Database debugging information

I was wondering if there is a way I can get the latest mysql error from the $db object, or if there is a value somewhere that I can check if there has been a database error. At the moment I can either check the debug output or simply use the mysql_error() function, but sometimes I can't turn debuggi...

Re: Calendar Support for Recurring Events

Guess what.... I have updated the files on the server again  ::) There was a bug in the installation method where the custom fields table would not get created sometimes. Not sure if this was something I introduced or if it always existed in the Calendar module. On line 61 of method.install.php ther...
