Consegui resolver o problema.
Desinstalei e reinstalei o PageBlocks.
Acho que na hora da migracao veio lixo binario no arquivo.

Coloquei como resolvido. Obrigado pela ajuda.
Assim que estiver com os sites no ar , posto aqui.

Should I use a menu template ? How ?
