Edit: It has something to do with the browser being maximized. Refresh on smaller size (non-maximized) browser, and the shifting does not occur. It is still relative. If you enlarge the browser window to almost maximised, the shifting still occurs. I think it may have to do with the P7_MinMaxW func...
