All day I have been trying to work on a new site in a test environment. This site has only 1 in production at the moment and I am trying to add another. Just to wrap this up, the problem was caused by a minor issue with a variable not being set properly in CGExtensions due to some enhancements made recently.

I've discovered where I was going wrong - not using a "friendly" name for the website, I was using the domain name instead.
