I'm getting same issues, SOAP is not connecting = (error 111). I've not found a definitive answer to this, is this server side or do I need to re-upload Module Manager - I tried to download XML version to replace but the link is not working on dev.cmsms. Any help will be gratefully welcomed. Cheers ...
