How will i remove the (You are here:) at the top left, just below the menus?

I,m running CMS Made simple 1.9, tamplate  (ShadowMenu Tab + 2 columns)
How will i  remove from the pages  the directions that says
Previous page: 
Next page:
You are here,?????

I know i can edit it but my question is HOW?
what code(s) tags  should i edit to effect the change?

Hello , I upgraded CMS Made simple from 1.8.2 to 1.9.1 and the page turns to tree like menus and and getting the below error and the bottom of the page. when i click on browes is says there is nothing for me there even when i typed uploads/images in the image url.

  I,m  new to Cms and i,m running CMS made simple 1.8.2.
I want to develope a bilingual website , English and Japanese  and i,m able to develope the English but i dont know how to make it bilingual.
