I'm having the same problem. Thou not with fresh instalation but it seem that an update "broke" the calendar display.

I've seen the solution in brackets at the top.

But I solved my exact same problem (blank page with only <!DOCTYPE html> in source) with "clear clear" about 30 minutes ago.

"clear cache" is also the posible solution

Where does Summary templete gets and tags?
It's not in Summary template, but it shows up in HTML.
