Re: What are the advantage of upgrading to latest CMSMS 1.8.2

can you tell me in few word if it worth for us to run upgrade or just stay w 1.5.4 rev. You are asking one of the dev team: "I know you've worked long and hard for the development and it's cool that it's free and all. But could you just give me a short summary whether or not it is worth for me...

Re: Separation of CMSMS MLE Fork from cmsmadesimple.org

@Ted, Calguy: Thank you both for your inputs in this thread and for your excellent work with CMSms ! I now consider this thread closed, because to continue would just be just flogging a dead horse. As Alby and Sleiron have said, new discussions concerning MLE will take place on http://www.xme.it . @...

Live and let die

Unfortunately around that time, personal and career matters changed resulting in my not having the free time that I once had to work on this project, and it stagnated.  You may have noticed that my presence has been sporadic at best. Due to the fact that I no longer have the time or energy to work ...

Why FORK in the first place?

Maybe I too will change to some other system. Where it doesn't look that someday some devs decide not to support this or that module and you're left behind just because you used it. I really like CMSMS up to now, but I'm very unsure about it at the moment. I felt that way too, at first. But hopping...

CMSMS MLE Fork: Discussion Gaining momentum

It seems this thread has kicked off a new round of discussions in the DEV team. Glad to hear that! CMSms has come so far, it would be a pity for the community to stumble in this question of MLE. @uniqu3, thanks for the numbers. Astonishing with regards to EuropeUS. @sleiron and @seensite: Thanks for...

Re: Separation of CMSMS MLE Fork from cmsmadesimple.org

I sense a great measure of antipathy and/or envy of the CMSMS developers towards the MLE fork. Yes, some of the reasons are understandable, but calguy, aren't you all overreacting? My guess is that MLE has become a victim of its own success. Too many people obviously use it and post questions, bug r...

Re: Neues Modul: DLM - Download Manager

Re: My Groovy Form Stylin for FormBuilder

Simon, thank you so much for sharing your method of "pimping" the contact forms. I'm new to cmsms, maybe that's why it took me a few hours to get the form to look like yours. I must have mis-read your instruction Click 'Main' tab and delete CSS field from form. I first deleted whatever sto...
