Re: Pure Outdoor eCommerce Site
Hi Chris Fair play, that is an excellent example of CMS Made Simple. This should be highlighted as a great implementation on CMSMS.org somewhere. Two questions: 1. On a product page (i.e. this one ), there are key facts about the day (for example, Location, Price, Start Date, Duration). Is this enti...

Use Global Content Block from another CMS MS web site
Hi guys I currently have five web sites using CMS Made Simple - amazing software. My question is this: Can I use a Global Content Block from an external web site running CMS MS? The reason is because all of my web sites have a consistent footer. I use a Global Content Block for my footer. But if I n...

Re: Content blocks per page
I think PageBlocks would be a good module because each page is a product and needs fixed product attributes (i.e. size, weight, colour, country of origin).
Is there another solution you can suggest to achieve this?

Re: [SOLVED] Problem w Global Cont Blck- Google analytics/sc
Hey guys, Just to let you know that my Google Analytics works now. For anyone else experiencing problems with Google Analytics tracking - especially when their code is in a Global Content Block - try using the {literal} and {/literal} tags immediately before and after the GA code. Google isn't repor...

Re: [SOLVED] Problem w Global Cont Blck- Google analytics/sc
Hi guys I'm experiencing this exact same problem. I have put my <head> tag in a GCB called {global_content name='head'} because I have multiple page templates. WYSIWYG is turned off on GCB. Google Analytics has been reporting 'Tracking Not Installed' for at least 48 hours. The only thing I can try n...

Gallery Module: how to include YouTube video
Oh howdo I am using the Gallery module to display product images on my site - it's an amazing module, really easy to use and implement. However, I would like to include a YouTube video into the Gallery. I can only see an option to include a picture. Is there a way to include a YouTube video into my ...

Re: Downloads per page
Latest developments on this thread!!!
Search for module called Attachments.
It is not the best solution, but it is working for me at the moment.
Still, I wish there was a way to easily upload files directly to content pages.

Re: Problem with $node->parent in CMSMS 1.9.2
Oh great, thanks. I think I'll wait until 1.9.3.
Will I be able to upgrade from a buggy menu manager in 1.9.2 to a working menu manager in 1.9.3?
Nice work on the refreshed admin interface too.

Re: Decent FAQ or Q&A module?
I managed to get Questions working by upgrading to 1.9.2... little did I know this version has some annoying issues (http://forum.cmsmadesimple.org/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=50133&p=243598#p243598)! But yeah, I needed to upgrade to 1.9 anyway. The module is okay, works quite well but it looks like...

Re: Related pages (my proposition to create module)
I agree - my solution is still static content so is not the best. But it is the only solution I can find. Hopefully it will help somebody searching for the same problem. You should check out Attachments module, it is good (but I think its features should be built into CMSMS, we don't need another mo...

Re: Related pages (my proposition to create module)
Right guys, I've found a module that does this. Search for 'Attachments' in Module Manager. It's a great module, really easy to use (though could do with a bit of tidying up) and basically you can attach any file or URL to a content page. At the moment I have configured mine so that all PDF datashee...
