i did an upgrade from 1.8.x > 1.9.x
i thought that the server side rewrite settings etc were not needed due to the 1.9.x CMSMS having 'SEO Friendly URLs'...
is that not the case?

Hi,
i've upgraded a 1.8 CMSMS to 1.9.4.2 "Faanui" CMSMS but the Search engine friendly URLS do not seem to have activated.
i cannot find any docs to point me in the right direction so i wonder if anyone can help?

Hi, Thanks for your comments about the host file. very useful and if it was just me viewing the site i would probably do that.
