Which file is for the swfupload settings?

I checked with my hosting company and that security mod is not even installed.  I changed all files and changed all upload paths in the editgallery.tpl to full paths.  I don't even know where else to look

Ok I updated those 2 files with the new ones.  I still have 2032 problem.

I have same problem.  I tried in chrome,firefox and IE and still get the 2032 error.  Putting in that htaccess file did not help.
