Re: Cart module: removing, updating, clearing...
I am sure it will work when you upgrade your cms and modules... Alright then. In a test area... all the "latest and greatest" modules. CMS 1.11.9 Cart 1.10 CGEcommerceBase 1.4.3 CGSimpleSmarty 1.7 Products 2.19.7 CGExtensions 1.37 I even tried Cart2, which works even less (doesn't pull in...

Cart module: removing, updating, clearing...
Has the Cart module's features of removing an item, updating the quantity of an item, and removing all items, been completely broken?
Does anyone have a working example of these features? I can't seem to get any of them to work.
Cart 1.8.4
Products 2.18.4
CMS 1.10.2 "Casa Pilote"
thanks

Re: Cart module: language-specific "Add to Cart" redirect?
Jan, in your multi-language setup, do you have separate page hierarchies for each language? E.g., 1 English, 1.1 Home... 1.8.3 View Cart; 2 Francais, 2.2 Home FR ... 2.8.3 View Cart FR; 3 Espanol, 3.3 Home ES ... 3.8.3 View Cart ES If not, this may be a fundamental structure problem for me that the ...

Re: Cart module: language-specific "Add to Cart" redirect?
Thanks Jan for the suggestion - it might give me another way to approach this. I've got a test area for CMS 1.11.7 where I'm trying this out. I'm using Babel 0.4.1 for the multi-language support, and have my pages in a hierarchy with all English pages beneath "en", all French under "f...

Cart module: language-specific "Add to Cart" redirect?
The Cart module... only allows redirecting to the English "View Cart" page when adding an item to the cart. Is there a way to redirect to a language-specific "View Cart" page when adding an item to your shopping cart (using the Cart module)? It always goes to what is set in the C...

Re: Birdfeed twitter plugin
You could also go into your Twitter settings and create a widget that will generate HTML for any twitter feed you want, and put that into a UDT which can then be inserted into your site.

CC Payment Integration for Ireland?
Has anyone in the CMS Made Simple world done a credit-card payment integration on an Ireland-based website? Paypal Pro isn't available in the EU outside the UK. I can't use Authorize.net unless I'm in the US. Is there a module developed to integrate credit card payment for the EU, for Ireland? What ...

Detecting mobile devices?
Like many others, I too am trying to provide different layouts/views for mobile devices for my website. I've tried the methods used here: http://www.i-do-this.com/blog/14/Make-your-CMSMS-website-Mobile-ready Unfortunately, I'm not having much success. I can see the PHP in the example function is usi...

Re: bodybrilliance.ie, self-adhesive body jewellery site
Yeah, the images are a bigger problem, I'll see what I can do about this short-term and long-term, we need better images for the products anyway.andriesinfoserv wrote:on at least one page the product images do not appear to be the same size which takes away from the layout.
Thanks for the feedback!

That works! Thanks mikeybeez.mikeybeez wrote:try edit show settings > window mode (OPAQUE)
However...
...that's only an option in the swfobject animation type, but I need the Showtime module to be jQuery if I want this to show up on iPhones.
