помогите плс, нужно сделать чтоб посетители могли скачивать с сайта файлы (инструкции), т.е. чтобы админ загрузил в директорию файлы а пользователи их скачивают на сайте.

I have a question, suppose I have a menu with 4 items and each menu item has about 5 sub-menu items. How do I setup a default sub-menu item?

E.g. when user clicks on "about us" menu which has 5 sub-menu items, I want to show the content of first sub-menu item.
