I was wondering if there is a way to export pages with content and global content blocks from v 1.9.4.2 to import into a newer version of cmsms?

Yeh I can kind of see the logic too, but I think there should maybe be two options within the permissions for this kind of user, so that admin can decide their level of access, something like:

Can add child pages
Can add root level pages
