Empty Cart on FormBuilder Submission

Hi, I am creating a product website where users can view products, add them to cart and then send a pre-filled order form to the website owner. Due to the specialist nature of the product, the actual transaction is carried out offline. I am combining the Products and Cart modules so that users can s...

Re: CGBlog: hide category from browsecat

I know this is an old thread but I stumbled across it and I guess someone else might do the same. To hide a category just alter the 'Browse Category' template: <ul> {foreach from=$categories item='one'} <li class="{$one.name}"><a href="{$one.url}" title="{$one.name}">{$...

Default Value for FEU Property

Hi,

I would like to give a FEU property a default value.

To give you a better idea of the situation: users have a property called 'icon'. This is an image upload but I would like to give them a default icon.

Can I do this straight out of the box? I can't seem to find the relevant setting.

Thanks.

Re: Prevent Users Editing Previous CGBlog Posts

Thanks for your response Manuel.

I decided to take a different avenue - I utilised the Guestbook module and then re-skinned it so it appears to the frontend and admin users as if it is a blog.

This gives admins the ability to do everything desired.

Prevent Users Editing Previous CGBlog Posts [Solved]

Hi, We have a blogging workflow where: 1) A user can login and is limited to creating a draft post. 2) An admin user then logs in and approves the post. 3) The post goes live. However, the user who is limited to creating draft posts has the ability to edit his or her previous posts and previous post...

Re: Easily Manage Downloads

Okay, I am using DLM and I am trying to change the theme slightly. I would like to add a description to main downloads page but I don't know the correct variable to call it. I have tried a couple of things within this TD: <td> {$th_dl_description} </td>[code] Full code: [code]{if !isset($error_none)...

Easily Manage Downloads

I have had a look a the list of modules available, tried a few, but I am looking for something in particular. I was wondering whether a module/extension exists that will make it easy for a user to upload files and then have them listed in a pre-defined format using a tag inserted on a 'Downloads' pa...

Adapting the Availability Module

Hello, I own a holiday home and I am currently making a little website to enable users to view the availability of it. I have had a little look at the 'Availability' module but due to peak seasons, the prices of the holiday home vary throughout the year. I don't see a feature within this module whic...

Re: Changing Tag Parameters Through A Dropdown

I have used the above code and it works well until you have numerous categories.

I have over 50 categories so pre-loading all the divs is not a good idea as it means the page takes 10 seconds to load.

Could somebody suggest a way of getting around this? Thank you for all your help.

Re: Changing Tag Parameters Through A Dropdown

That sounds like a sensible way of easily incorporating the selection drop down, thank you. Do you know any good examples of how I would write this Javascript? I am okay with CSS & HTML but I hardly ever use this sort of things. Failing that, could you suggest some keywords (to search with!) whi...

Changing Tag Parameters Through A Dropdown

Basically I have the Quotes Made Simple module installed and it does nearly everything I want. If you have used the Quotes Made Simple module then you will know that you can add quotes to groups. To insert quotes in your page you simple use the {quotes} tag. This tag has a parameter which is {quotes...
