I have the same problem. Using CMSMS 1.10.3. When I disable Javascript in Safari, the Expand and Collapse click is working (also the click on the arrow icons). I tried that before and it did not work. But now I figured I need to go back after first submitting the page and now I see the Error Type box with the 404 error selected. After submitting the page, it works.

Had the same problem. And increasing the memory limit to 100MB did the trick. Thanks!
