Well i hop anyone can contribute! i really need help with this! i successfully upgraded my client's site from version 0.9.2 to 1.3. any version from 1.3 ignores the style sheet attached to each page. before the upgrade each page had a style sheet link like so "stylesheet.php?templateid=42"...

in step 5 it get to the last lines below:

Updating hierarchy positions...

and then nothing. no error no button to click "next"....
