Is there a way to manually download the FormBuilder module and install via FTP, not sure why it crashed, I saw other posts which imply it might be memory issue in PHP?

Admin login page not found - Ubantu on server

My hosting provider just switched the web server’s operating system to Ubuntu 12.04 and I cannot access the admin login page, I get a 404 (my customer 404 to be exact.

Does anyone have an idea if I need to change something in a config file or something similar

Thanks, this is very helpful. I had something similar, but worse occurred. My hosting provider move my sites to a new box and for some reason the tmp and all subfolders didn't get copied. The whole site crashed because the cache was gone and there was nothing to write to to rebuild.
