Solved!
I solved the problem after days of ...
In config.php the line
$config['root_path'] = '\\\fe-dm02b-11.wdhs.local ...
needs a 3rd (!) backslash at the beginning - that´s all.
Hope that helps other users who are installing on Telekom Servers.
