If you just need to get it working quickly before you can arrange the upgrade, you'd need to make sure it's a form within the cms and not an embedded third-party form first. they are running 1.10.3 That software was released the best part of 10 years ago. Rather than trying to troubleshoot your time would be better spent upgrading.
