I'm using the Stripe Gateway for payment processing, and for some reason, in test mode it works perfectly, but in live mode it completes TWO purchases. There's also a Stripe gateway which works pretty well.

You should be able to choose additional fields in the Filter -- choose View Filter, and there's a list on the right. Ctrl-click to select more than one.
