and one more thing: ohter clients with wamp installed, have same problem with cmsms!

When i get disconected from internet, ME and ALL other clients CAN SEE CMSMS , but it not loads corrrectly, and other point is that other folders ( other local websites i have on my local host) work fine. i have configured apache and my firewall , and all other clients on LAN can see my localhost,
but everytime i get disconnected from internet , cmsms cannot load corectly.

in this case, when i disable my lan connection, it works right!
