ok. i'm using UPLOADS module and it's working fine alone (i set it up to add the author name as a filename prefix to avoid over writing) But when i tried using UPLOADS module Via FORM BUILDER module (specifically in an upload field, i had an error when i tried to upload a new file with the same file...

I had the same problem as Fabrice,

i tried importing the theme,i had an "DTD Version mismatch, cannot import "

any ideas ?
