Depending on the server, if you have access - you could use a cron job with tar and mysqldump to backup the website/database?

Couldn't you use the { tags } facility to implement an inline editor that will only *activate* upon a user with the appropriate permissions logging in? then you could use tinyMCE on the block (pass it as an option to the { tag }) ?

A nice *customisable* way of including this (perhaps in a later version of the form builder) would be to use regex's. You can tie in regex strings then with the type of field/value.
