I just found under the Tiny cinfig page a check mark that says "Allow Table Operation"...not sure if that is going to do the trick?

How to upgrade TinyMCE to 3.x?
I've looked all over but could not find a how to, cpeciffic to CMSMS, related to the upgrade steps. At the present time I'm on TinyMCE 2.4.x, and would like to bump it to the latest release.
