Well it's a great solution. Thank very much for all your help, it's going to make things quite a bit easier.

Dr.CSS

Is there a reason why you don't put the class in the body tag?

Re: [SOLVED] CSS Selector and/or Replacement for Pages.

Very clever DRCSS. I had just started editing my main css. However I was doing it slightly differently, but I may run into issues with IE6. My selectors are: #header.red #head_left.red etc etc You suggest putting the class before the div and it'll work just as well or better and eliminates the need ...

Re: CSS Selector and/or Replacement for Pages.

If all that is changing is colors, then I would use logic similar to what DrCSS is telling... Use a class to differentiate, and keep all logic/styling in the same template/stylesheets, where the class will be the differentiator of the looks... Ronny DrCSS is very close to what I want, but obviously...

Re: CSS Selector and/or Replacement for Pages.

IF the page alias == green   use the green stylesheet IF the page alias == blue   use the blue stylesheet etc Thanks for the thought, but aliases are supposed to be unique and if I want to used the blue stylesheet 2 times and the green one 3 times, I'll run into issues. I also have auto_alias_conte...

[SOLVED] CSS Selector and/or Replacement for Pages.

I would like to see the ability to add a stylesheet to a specific page that would be put below all your existing stylesheets or perhaps change the style sheet for that page altogether. Perhaps there's a way to do this, but I cannot seem to find it. Right now I have 4 templates that are essentially t...

Re: Printing Module ERR_CONTENT_DECODING_FAILED with pretty URLS

I figured out my issue.

Having output_compression set to true in the configuration file causes the error. However, I haven't had this issue with any other modules or pages. I suppose I don't need this compression with Apache?

Answer: $config['output_compression'] = false;

[Solved] Printing Module ERR_CONTENT_DECODING_FAILED with pretty URLS

I never used the printing module until recently. I had a customer who had printed the pages and had him on his desk, so I figure that it is time to use it. On my testing server it works fine, but I'm not using pretty url's. On my live site I get the following error, which I'm guessing is a configura...

Re: Pages and Content Blocks

Okay... Thanks Peciura... The problem is with TinyMCE. I uninstalled it and I'm no longer seeing those extra tags. I'll try to reinstall it, but if they come back, I'll remove TinyMCE from the modules directory and do a fresh install of TinyMCE. I looked at TinyMCE plugins and they were set to defau...

I did, but it must have happened during an upgrade because it wasn't originally happening. I'm digging in to different parts to see if I can narrow it down.

Re: Pages and Content Blocks

Have you tried to turn WYSIWYG off ? Give link to a page. I did turn it off and that's where I noticed the extra tags. However if I create a new page the tags are in there. So I want to be able to create a tag or global content block without those tags, but I'm not sure where they're  coming from. ...

Actually, everyone who has responded to you is going above and beyond the call, since you have provided very little information about your problem. I would suggest you start here: http://forum.cmsmadesimple.org/index.php/topic,2661.0.html Above and beyond, really?  I've written applications that 10...
